Dr. M. Catherine Dundon M.D.
Dr. Dundon is the mother of two children. She enjoys tennis, golf, and travel. Dr. Dundon has served as a spokesperson for the American Academy of Pediatrics. She is a regular on Talk of the Town, a local television show on Nashville’s CBS affiliate. In 1992, Dr. Dundon appeared on the Oprah Winfrey show. Dr. Dundon is an Associate Clinical Professor of Pediatrics for Vanderbilt Children’s Hospital and enjoys teaching medical students and pediatric residents.

Dr. Dina Mishu M.D.
Dr. Mishu is married to John Rami Mishu. Their three children are active in sports. Dr. Mishu and her husband Rami enjoy watching their children play all their various sporting events. They are also avid Titan’s fans. Dr. Mishu takes great pleasure in the teaching of medical students and pediatric residents, as well as patients and their families.

Dr. Patricia Robinson M.D.
Dr. Robinson is married to Michael Fitzpatrick and they have two children. They enjoy participating in scouts, mission trips, church activities, camping and traveling. Dr. Robinson spent three months, during her last year of medical school, working in a mission hospital in the Democratic Republic of Zaire, Africa. More recently, she and her family have participated in projects such as Habitat for Humanity, building homes for underprivileged families.

Dr. Heather Johnson, M.D.
Dr. Johnson is married to Stephen Johnson. They enjoy reading, golf, and traveling. Prior to becoming a pediatrician, Dr. Johnson worked as a researcher in Pediatric Immunology and Rheumatology. After finishing her pediatric training, Dr. Johnson worked for 3 years in Gallatin and White House, Tennessee for Gallatin Children’s Clinic and joined Goodlettsville Pediatrics in July of 2000.

Dr. Sara J. Patterson M.D.
Dr. Patterson is married to Jimmy Patterson and has twin boys Jimmy and Fletcher and a daughter named Sophie. They enjoy golfing, traveling and cooking. Dr. Patterson had the honor of serving as a Chief Resident at Vanderbilt Children’s Hospital for the year 2000-2001. Dr. Patterson takes great pleasure in the teaching of Medical Students and Residents, as well as patients and their families. Both of Dr. Patterson’s parents are teachers and she holds a high regard for the essential role of school in the lives of children.

Dr. Jaygopal Nair M.D.
Prior to medical school, “Dr. Jay” conducted research on tuberculosis at the National Institutes of Health, taught graduate students at University of Maryland, and spent half a year working on a farm in New Zealand. During medical school and residency he had the opportunity to work on both Navajo and Crow Native American reservations, and he considers his experiences taking care of children as some of the most rewarding in his life. He counts his mother, Dr. Prasanna Nair, as his greatest inspiration. She has practiced pediatrics in the same inner city Baltimore community for more than 43 years. She has also taught medical students and residents for 40 years and was a founder of a clinic specializing in special needs and HIV positive children.

Dr. Eric Colgrove M.D.
Dr. Colgrove enjoys his family, which include his wife Mercedes, and two children. He lived and trained in Tennessee prior to spending four years on the Navajo Reservation, and three years in private practice in Oregon. He is happy to be back “home” in Nashville. He enjoys the outdoors, singing, and international music, food, and cultures.

Dr. Hunley is married to Tray Hunley, and they have two daughters and one son. They enjoy church activities, tennis, swimming and choir. Prior to joining Goodlettsville Pediatrics in 2008, she was a pediatrician with Children’s Clinic East in Hermitage. Dr. Hunley is passionate about her ministry to children with special needs in her church.

Mary Kathryn Oliver
Mary Kathryn Oliver is the newest member of our team of providers as a board certified pediatric nurse practitioner. She is a hometown girl from Hendersonville that just recently moved back to the area from Knoxville. While in Knoxville she received her Bachelors of Science in Nursing and Masters of Science in Nursing from the University of Tennessee. During her time there she also worked in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit and the Pediatric Intensive Care Unit. Her mother, Lile Rogers, is her greatest inspiration. She is an active member of this community and strives to make a difference in others’ lives through education and service. Mary Kathryn is married to Nathan Oliver, also originally from Hendersonville. They are so happy to be back in the area where they grew up! She and her husband enjoy spending time on the lake, traveling, and being with family.
